    Security Forces have cleared Sultanwas last night after intense clashes. Reportedly 80 terrorists were killed during clearance of Sultanwas. 6 vehicles of militants which were under use by terrorists clad in black uniform were also destroyed during operation. Security Forces encountered 7 IEDs which were defused.

    Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani today arrived from France after a brief touch down at Brussels, where he met Mr Jaap de Hoop, Secretary General NATO. He visited Supreme Headquarters of Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE) and NATO. COAS called on General Bantz. J. Cardock, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and Admiral Giampaolo Dl Paola, Chairman Military Committee. He also addressed a special meeting of Chairman Military Committee for NATO.
