As many as 1121 officers and men of the Pakistan Army as part of Special Support Group are working day and night to provide relief to the IDPs of Malakand Division. Army personnel are helping the Provincial Government and civil administration in the management of IDPs.

Cardock, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and Admiral Giampaolo Dl Paola, Chairman Military Committee. He also addressed a special meeting of Chairman Military Committee for NATO.
